The members of the Board of Directors determine when and where each meeting will be held. Meetings are scheduled every 1 or 2 months.
If a resident wishes to attend a board meeting, the resident needs to send a request to the Property Manager. Include in the request the purpose for the visit so that the resident's topic can be placed on the agenda. The resident's topic will be covered early in the meeting. The resident may be asked to leave the meeting after their topic is covered.
