Board of Directors
  • chevron_rightWhat are the Responsibilities of the Board of Directors?
    As Indicated in the By-Laws:
    • Administer the Affairs of the HOA
    • Adopt Rules and Establish Penalties for Infractions
    • Keep Complete Records
    • Conduct Meetings
    • Appoint and Oversee Committees
    As Indicated in the Covenants:
    • Enforcement of the Covenants
    • Maintenance of the Common Areas
    • Maintain the HOA's Insurance
  • chevron_rightWhat is the Term of the Board of Directors?
    Board members service a 1 year term and can be reelected an unlimited number of terms. Board members are elected at the annual meeting which is held towards the end of each year.
  • chevron_rightWhen are the Board Meetings?
    The members of the Board of Directors determine when and where each meeting will be held. Meetings are scheduled every 1 or 2 months.
     
    If a resident wishes to attend a board meeting, the resident needs to send a request to the Property Manager. Include in the request the purpose for the visit so that the resident's topic can be placed on the agenda. The resident's topic will be covered early in the meeting. The resident may be asked to leave the meeting after their topic is covered.

    Common Area is the land in our neighborhood that is owned by all residents. All residents are able to use and enjoy the common areas.

    We have 7 common areas:
    1. The east side of our entrance which includes the pond. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-08-025.000)
    2. The west side of our entrance which extends from Strongbow Road to Geist Elementary. The depth is further in than the fence. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-08-026.000)
    3. The median at the entrance. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-08-027.000)
    4. The island on Clifton Court. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-08-028.000)
    5. The dry pond behind lots 27-29. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-40-034.000)
    6. The ravine behind lots 34-37, which extends to the creek. (Parcel 13-15-12-00-40-035.000)
    7. "Path" between Lot 25 and 26
